Who May Register

To register for and use ck343 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ck343 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and verifies age during the KYC process before any withdrawal is approved.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or playing on behalf of any other person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ck343 or had an account closed for a Terms violation.

Registration Requirements

When registering for a ck343 account you must provide accurate and complete information. The details you submit form part of your binding agreement with ck343. You agree that:

• All registration information — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — must be truthful. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are discovered, all may be suspended and any balances including bonus funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

• You must notify ck343 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, so the account can be secured without delay.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ck343 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering practices. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID such as a National ID card or passport, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. KYC is required before any withdrawal request is processed and may also be required before large or unusual deposits are accepted.

ck343 may suspend an account, withhold pending withdrawals, and request additional documents at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe the account holder's identity has not been sufficiently established or that suspicious activity has occurred. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed may be closed at ck343's discretion.

Deposits

All deposits to your ck343 account are held and processed in BDT. ck343 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Mobile wallet transfers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are accepted for standard deposits and transactions typically complete within minutes.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers are accepted, subject to the processing times of the relevant bank.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the same name as your ck343 account. ck343 does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• ck343 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus funds if there is evidence of abuse including use of multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or systematic wagering designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. ck343 may restrict or decline bonus participation for players who display patterns of professional gambling or arbitrage.
• Bonus offers are subject to expiry. Any bonus not used within the stated validity period will be removed from the account automatically with no obligation to compensate the player.

Activities Strictly Forbidden on ck343

By using ck343 you agree not to engage in any of the following. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or AI tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or glitches in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ck343 staff through any communication channel on or related to the platform.

Player Protection Tools

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or make deposits. Requests are processed within 24 hours.
